Need free content script

I hope this is the right section fot my post...
here is what i want to do
a side panel that contains information and/or links, and the ability for other webmasters to add this panel to there websites.
How to do this???

Need a lot more information from you. from what you said I would say make it embeddable.

Is this information staying the same for everybody? Will they need to redesign their pages to make this work? Is it going on the page or hover over it? Will this cover side nav bars or go under it.

See what I mean.

information is the same for every body,no need to redesign their pages, i'm thinking of javascript but i dont know how to do it.

Example for what i want:

this panel is shown in my website and any webmaster can copy/paste a code in their websites to display it,and when i change the content of the panel it get changed on their sites

I hope i've cleared what i want
