Do you outsource your content writing?

I don't unless I'm seriously short of time. It's not that hard to write good content, especially with the research help of the Internet as well as spell check at your fingertips. Besides, more often than not, if you outsource to save money, the quality isn't usually good enough to use as is... it almost always requires editing, which takes almost as much time to do as to just write it yourself.

It depends if it's database driven or not?

Static content (which, i know is like stoneage nowadays) I probably would but i was creating the DB structure i would create forms for adding content and get everyone to muck in!

Only when we need to get draft content up short term ( so we can get pages indexed initially ). Then we go back through and revise the copy to what we really need ( SEO and all other things considered ).
