How to build or convert site to display properly on mobile phones

I want to convert some of my sites to display properly on small screens such as mobile phones or PDA's but can not find any usefull information about that.
I wonder if somebody of you guys know where I have to look for in order to find answers.
I would also like to know is it possible to convert bloggers based blogs for mobile phones. I have a couple of blogs that I would like to convert for small screens.

I ran into the same problem when I was looking into this project. A couple of great resources I found was Scott Janousek and the .mobi mobile web developers guide. I believe if you do a search on .mobi you should be able to find the guide. I have found it very useful. Best of luck!

This has a good feature that both Blackberrys and iPhone's use
