Need some more help with a CSS layout

Basically my client has decided that they want a 100% width instead of a 750px one. But this has brought about some problems. I hope that they should be reasonably easy to solve.

I have got 3 problems

First off, I want the sidebars on the left and right, to extend right to the bottom of the screen with the borders.

Secondly, I want the image which says 'The Oldest Established Car Park.... etc.' to be in the middle of that bar.

Finally where it says welcome on the bar, I want it to be indented 3px from the side. (the text not the bar)

Url
CSS

I can't help you with the css, but that image is 506 pix wide and is left aligned, you could just put center in the html for it, also, I can see the ghost of your edits to that image file, you didn't color in the previous text with the correct color, I can see a faint outline of the text.

If you center that image in that cell, it will move over to the right more, is that what you want?

There is meant to be a ghost first off, although I think I will delete it now. It looked better before.

When I tried center aligning it didn't do anything.

You should be able to give the left and right columns a height of 100% and a border.
(I think you may have to wrap the entire page in a 100% high div to make that work)

For the welcome being moved 3 px, give it a margin-right: 3px

Makes sense. I'll try them out ASAP.

Thanks
