What are the sites for submitting original websites in the Internet? I am interested not merely webdesign directories, but in the sites, similar to: thefwa.com

Hmm, usually these types of websites are spam central, and bias no doubt.

WFA is pretty good though. I have no other recommendation!

I got quite understand what spam has to do with it? These are not directories but the sites that introduce to people the most spectacular flash sites. As a rule, the sites are being selected by experienced web-designers. And only one from dozens of sites passes the tests.
I've seen other sites, similar to award, but unfortunately I don't remember their names..

Well, as long as the nominations are manually selected by a user, then you won't have a problem. But with any good website comes SPAM. It's just the curse of the beast.
