converting WMV to swf and uploading it

Hey guys, ive got out TV add which I want to upload to the site but want to convet it to SWF (flash) so it uses less bandwidth. What will be the best way to do this? Its for [url removed]

Can anyone recomend any good programs? I currently was able to drop the size of the add from 40megs to 1meg whilst still holding most of the resolution and audio quality, but is 1meg still heavy or would that be ok?

Have you used Adobe flash encoder?

I use Sorenson Squeeze which is good for multiple formats but slow and not cheap.

Otherwise there are some good online services here is the first one on a google search for "online media converters"
