i want to know what is the criteria to help of those companies and how much thy charge.actually designing is not a one step work,i just want to compare with my choice only

Well level of help ranges from "doing it all for you" at a steep total cost to fixing one aspect of your site like SEO or a site redesign. If you are asking for what's the established rates, we couldn't tell you without seeing more of the actual project. If you are getting a simple static website from scratch, the price could be a few hundred dollars and up. Really depends on the design, amount of original artwork etc. A dynamic website with Users and lots of bells and whistles could get you a price of quote of 10,000 USD. But without more details nobody will be able to give you accurate information.

My Opinion:
If you working under a graphic company, you will pay big $$
But es you will obtain quality work.

Freelancers
They do the job too nd some charge less and some can provide just a good quality as a company.

In my opinion, id work with a freelancer if i was a client.
But i have to know his skill and art outlook before proceeding.

if you want to save money try university students. Some can actually produce better result than small companies.

There are many ways to build a site,

1- software: such as frontpage. dreamwaver,and many other site builder. But I never like them.

2- Scripts: ASP,PHP,and many others. some are free,some are paid required. My site [url removed] is created with ASP scripts.

3- You should have the good design.,and also it is better to use template to create one site.

A web design company can help you a lot. It really depends on the quality of work and how much they charge. I've seem plenty of over priced garbage out there and many clients get stiffed.

You see, high prices isn't just a measure of quality, you're also paying for follow-through on the job. Getting it finished within a deadline is often the hardest part.

If you feel you are paying out too much, ask for a breakdown of all the costs. If they refuse to do that, walk away. They're just going to screw you over.

If you want to design your web page by own, no web designing company will help as it is their profession that wil charge you for your service. I think it will better if u will read tutorials this is the fantastic way to design effectively.

Are you talking about a step by step procedure for web designing or the cost for designing a website?
