Frames - please help!

I have just discovered frame-capabilities on Microsoft FrontPage, the only problem is the banner advert is shown twice!
Log on to http://www.radiocontrolledcars.8m.net/frames and the advert bar is shown on the top of the page as usual, the when you click on a link on the left and it appears in the right-side window with an advert as well, so there is an advert on the top and a second below it, taking up haslf the screen!
The initial frame where the pages open doesn't have a banner, yet is saved and uploaded like all the others, which DO have adverts!
I don't mind the banner at the top of the page, but I don't want two lots of adverts per page!
Thankyou,
Jason

http://www.radiocontrolledcars.8m.net/nikko/ doesnt need a frame then, remove it from this page and you should be fine.

robert adams is liked by many
in your index.htm page in the nikko folder, take out the script that loads the banner from that page.

that will solve that problem,
is this your domain, are you putting all those frames and those banner ads because you want to?

I think that is a free space that automatically puts in the banner script. I'm not so sure that there is a way around having the banner come up in the pages that load in the frame.

My suggestion would be to switch to paid hosting.
