Embed Music into Website
I would like to have music playing on my homepage when visitors arrive...such as the Beach Boys, however, I don't want to have to deal with all the legals. Are there any free online music services that allow me to embed their player (playing Beach Boys by default) into my homepage in HTML or any other code?

you should have a .swf player like a small knob or CP for the visitors who would like to turn the music off

Yeah imeem is good. But do you want the music to just start playing automatically when they get to your website, and with out them seeing the player? I made a demo of Beech Boys - Surfing USA code from imeem play and autoplay if you want it hidden on the site.

There are lots of free music streaming site that have a link to embed online music players. e.g. imeem, playlist, etc.

Make sure the "on and off" button are visible or else visitors will immediately close your site.
