dreamweaver problem

first, any help much appreciated.

this is in cs3 btw.

i used a frameset template. fixed top and left side with the main page to the right. but now when i add a blank page of any style, after i upload it and go to the link it comes up with grey around it. the link is in the left frame and it loads in the 'main' frame. i think its got something to do with css but i cant figure it out.

update.

if i change the backgroung to white which the page is then it is white like i want it but there is a black border around the actual text or what ever it is on the page.

any help?
