I've submitted a site but got the same .NET runtime error on the second submission.

May be bcoz of single and double quote in title, desc., etc .... I am sorry for that ... I am sure you must have resubmit your site avoiding single and double quote ...

No quotes or double quotes... There are some Unicode chars in title and desc, though. Maybe that's why I get this error.
Considering that the directory has regional and multilingual categories, that might cause some trouble in future, too.

I got the following error trying to submit a site:

So you accept .biz but not accept .info. Any justification for doing this?

We do accept .info .... only the thing is you need to type url in correct formet i.e. http://www.yourdomain.info/ ... still let me know if u face any problem ...
