AroundTheWeb Directory not passing PR?

It came as a bit of a surprise to discover on strongestlinks.com that AroundTheWeb.com is not passing PR. This directory was on my list of "must submit" directories as I thought it was a good clean directory. I have a few sites submitted to this directory so this has alarmed me a little. The backlinks are showing up fine, so what evidence is there that the directory is not passing PR? Perhaps James can enlighten us on the situation.

Several of their listings are incorrect and I notified them about it.

They have no idea if a website is passing PR or not, let's be real. In general, a clean HTML link without a redirect will be indexed by Google and likely pass PR. AroundTheWeb looks like a normal link to me.

He doesn't have anything tricky so I think StrongestLinks has it wrong.

So do I - but I just wanted to know if James knew anything about it.

No I didn't know any thing about this. I've not seen any evidence that PR is not being passed b/c PR is filter throughout the site but I must admit since last G PR update I've added over 400 subcategories that of course will not reflect PR until next update (but they are indexed).. I see where there was a red * next to site at strongestlinks.com, I bet since I have added many new categories since last update is why there is a red * at this time.

I've emailed the admin at the site to get little more clarification of the rating..

If you visit http://www.strongestlinks.com/directories.php is no longer listed with a red *. I have not recieved any feedback from the admin as to why was listed with red * but assume was from all the newly created subcategories since last PR update.
