Advice needed on hosting a directory

Let's say I'm about ready to launch a web directory, but need to choose a web host. What kind of storage space/bandwidth would I look for in a hosting package?

The directory will be paid inclusion and a very good deal. Since it will accept sites and individual pages, there may be quite a few listings. I am going to try to keep the structure relatively shallow but there are instances where it will be 4-5 levels deep.

The marketing campaign won't be terribly aggressive: no ads on internet.com or anything. So there won't be a ton of traffic, but there will be some - word will spread because the directory will be truly different and an excellent value for submitters.

It will use WSNlinks - the plan I'm looking at is this:
PHP, PYTHON & PERL
Up To 3000 MB Storage** CGI-BIN
40GB/Month Bandwidth
MySQL Database
99.9% Uptime
FTP Account
POP3, SMTP & IMAP SSI - Server Side Includes
Fantastico Script Library NEW Online User Statistics
2,000 Mbit Connectivity

That ought to be everything I need, no?

If you use the 3000MB size, then you may need to think about increasing the bandwidth, if everyone were to read every page, though this would probably be unlikely.
Also, don't stop people adding subdirectories either.

Hope I helped

I don't imagine anyone having the time or inclination to read every page of any web directory... And anyone will be able to suggest new categories/sub-categories. You did help but since this plan comes with one MySQL database, I need to keep looking in case I need another for a forum or something.
