link-pimp, I couldn't find the instructions for link submission. I would like to know if a reciprocal link is required, and what the button size entries and blank entries at the bottom are for.

Hello Bubo,

Reciprocal links are requested, but not required. The button size is you plan on uploading a graphic with your site. The blank fields are user-defined fields which actually have to be removed by me, so ignore them.
