Just saw that her 35 or so directories are now paid inclusion :-(

Double check that. She was only accepting paid submissions while she was trying to catch up on all free submissions. Doh! You are right. Well that sucks.

It reads that they will no longer be accepting free submissions at all anymore. They are going to charge for any more link requests. You can get a discount for buying links on several of their directories.
Yes, I was disappointed too. I've moved all those directories from free to paid.

They are pretty cheap but they are not free. MSN seems to love them so it could be worth the fee to get some nice links.

Too good to last. Looks like most of them now have page rank too. Might be worth a paid submission.
