WEBWURLD and LYCOS FAST paid inclusion problems

Just a note to find out if anyone else has had any similar problems as me using webwurlds Lycos FAST inclusion product.

I signed up for this product and it is supposedly meant to ensure that your site is indexed every 48 hours. It doesnt. The last time my site was spidered was on the 8th December, and before that was mid November!

Also, when it has indexed my site in the past, it indexed the content of frames, rather that the pages that contained frames. The result is that I now have 4 pages of entries on alltheweb which take searchers to pages without headers/footers or navigation.

I have spent hours writing emails to webwurld with regard this problem, and the only result I have had to date is an acknowledgement (supposedly from FAST, via webwurld) that there is a problem. I reported the problem to webwurld on the 20th November.

Meanwhile entries for my site on all the web take users to pages which should only be shown inside frames, or out of date entries as the it is so long since the site has been updated.

I am really mad about this because this has happened in the run up to the xmas period, it still isnt resolved. I have lost significant business because of this.

I would not recommend signing up to this "Fast" inclusion programme.

Has anyone else had similar problems with Lycos FAST and webwurd?

NO IT DONT! Dont confuse a url with domain/site/website !!!!!!!
URL is a Unique Relative Locator so only one page and NOT a website!

- Unless you use "Lycos Directory Express" From £93.62 / $150.00 / €150.00 your site will not get spidered only your single url.

What you are seeing is not the results of "Lycos Fast Paid inclution from webwurld"(£17.01 / $29.99 / €25.53). Because "Lycos Fast Paid inclution from webwurld" DOES NOT SPIDER ALL YOUR PAGES it infact only spiders the pages you pay for and I bet you only paid for the homepage.

I have never used "Lycos Fast Paid inclution from webwurld" so cant be 100% sure but I do use Inktomi inclution on Webwurld and the FAQ's are the same:

Every extra URL on the same domain is half price!

So you have to pay for the pages you want indexed every 48 hours at half price. All the other pages you see in the index when searching are just the slow free spider indexing your site.

Can you give me your url so we can help you more. The only help I can give you now is to place this JS redirect in all your pages telling you where to redirect:
