If you want a list of regional directories, then keep in my mind that the list must be very new and updated. I have got a huge list of web directories, but when i tried to submit, i found that only 40 % urls are working. Better to google it for new and running regional directories, focusing the specific region in your search keywords.

I agree, many super-lists are woefully out of date.

Also, some directories say they are a regional focus but are actually not at all. Pay careful attention.
