Free Local Listing Available in APAC?

I don't know if this is the best place to ask question about local listing.
(to moderators: you can move this post to where it best suits.)

Most of us know what is local listing are, to name a few, Google places, Bing Maps, Yahoo listing, yellow pages, Tripadvisor and Yelp.

Unfortunately, YELP, Bing Maps and Yahoo Listing is not available in Asia Pacific and i also did my research and most are only available for USA.

Is there anyone here who can suggest local listing available in APAC, SEA?

Your suggestion would be very much appreciated.

There are some local directories that detects your IP address automatically. And I think there are also local directories that has specific location. Such as yalwa[dot]com, you can change country for instance in India or Philippines, yalwa[dot]ph | yalwa[dot]in
