Im currently testing my new phpld and i want to move all my current submissions from my old directory into the new database, how the hek would i do that?

If you have the paid version of phpLD, they have a support forum for version 3 users. If you're using the free version, they have a support forum for that as well, so ask there, in their support forum, they'd know best.
