Question phpld 2.0 Submit link error.
As you guys know i changed to phpld 2.0, Ive done everything but there is a llittle problem, Users cannot submit links, all catergories are active, i dont understand why this is happening, any help would be great.

Go to submitzoo.com and try and submit a site, when you click continue, it will say

The URL could not be validated. Either the page does not exist or the server cound not be contacted.
Even though the site is there and working, it rejects every link.
