Yeah, I think the McCoyPottery.Com webcam (no longer in service) got an award from them for Best Pottery Web Cam or something to that affect. I should resurrect that old cam!

I'm still confused about the 1994 & 1996 thing. There obviously was a site there in 1994, but alexa says botw has been online since 1996. Did the domain expire and get re-purchased during that time?

Archive.org only goes back to 1996, so I'm assuming that's where that 1996 thing is coming from.
