Help me install my directory

I am trying to install a phpLD directory but dont know whats going wrong its giving any error, can anyone help me out. Following is the URL of the directory:

are you sure you have the correct db settings? i see it has db1.31x.org as the db host. you prolly want it on localhost, or at least a real working db server.

if you set it to localhost, be sure to have the correct db username and db name and correct access permissions for the user on the server

Don't use any Php, create your own directory! Static pages. HTML and that's it!

It looks to me like you're missing some files. I'd start by re-uploading the entire script from scratch.

Yes everything is fixed now, but the directory is generating dynamic links how to make it generate static HTML pages.
