Generating static HTML pages for my phpLD

I have finally installed my directory but the directory is generating dynamic pages how to make it generate static HTML pages, please help me tell me what to do.

There's an option on one of the menus for this. I think it may be "url rewrite" or something.

Well I have done that its alright now. But now there's one more problem check my directory (http://www.sufidirectory.com/) when you will click on the Latest Links or Top Hits link you will be redirected again back to the homepage and not to the particular page, do you people know whats the problem.
