As in Sponsered listings the highest price directories charge or standard website listings lowest price they charge?

If you dont count in the detail pages, that would harm sites like mine, as I use all internal power, to force down to the detail pages as I believe this is a good way to run a directory. And I think you need to have the full perspective on this for it to have any value, even though you call it personal choice
Will my directory www.global-weblinks.com not count then? No reason for me to have a listing and link to you, if you wont count it as valid
