Personally i might be wrong but i believe submiting to a high serp site with pr.
kind of having my cake and eating it to, but oviously not everybody agrees with me.I figure google will give a quality link from this type of web site, and you will also be pushed high to get seen in the search depending on your site content.

my question is does anyone have any better ideas maybe im missing the boat all together? Im a small believer in buying only high pr sites unless they have great content, and high serp positioning.

Google focuses on quality of links and quantity, but Google takes into account more on the quality. If i would have to put a percentage it would be quality 89% and quantity 11%.
