if u dev it as a web directory, then u need them to do the submission.
else u dev it as a classified/yellowpages kinda thing. then u likely can craw etc.
as u need to note that, likely most flooring company not even hav IT/website. so, for this case, u sure can add it. else, who going to add it instead.
put a contact/report abuse link. just in case the owner come to give you trouble.
