I like your idea, but to do this on a brand new site with no popularity, no serp, no pr. this is going to be real tough there is no trust factor for the submitter. Ill wish you the best, but that would be good idea on the twist for later when you get established.

I am about to start the promotion campaign. It's not so much about pagerank though, I was hoping people would get traffic to their site. There is a click counter for each listing. Pagerank would be a bonus. Thanks!
