So everything works BUT the "suggest URL". Sounds to me like this is on purpose. Maybe they're trying to catch up or change things, but I think it will be a long time before they allow submissions again.

I was also under the impression they had a database crash and had to roll back to an old backup with lots of dead links and other issues.
