Paid Directories

Now higher quality directories like joeant, dmoz, and etc do the spiders hit them directories quicker, or i should say more often then a lower quality back link directory, reason I ask is cause i just paid for some quality links, and was wondering how long it would take for them to get notice that there in there.

I was going to check to see how much effect this would have on my ranking, and if it went up any. Hopefully, these "quality directories" have a impact on my boosting, or maybe just a little bit.

Right now I'm in the top 100 for 4 competitive keywords, and I'm quite surprised cause I hardly have any back links to my website only about 800 which is from lower quality directories, but I think my domain name, and anchor text on all these directories have push it up quite a bit.

I am also hoping that my blog system will help my boosting because Google will see I have more pages listed on my website, and will look more "content orientated ", rather then small 50-100 page website.
