Thanks for the list, mate. I would like to know what are the submission fees, if you have them?

Its hard to stay up on the prices. They change every now and then. However, Aviva does a good job of staying current. Check for the submission prices here... List of Best Paid Directories

Some of the directories on the list are there based purely on PR, they don’t have any editorial quality. And Seoma and Octopedia share the same IP :p not a very good thing.

This webmaster own SEOMA, Octopedia, SEO1.net and more sites... and during last update all his sites lost PR a little bit. I guess he doesn't want or have no time to promote his sites. Maybe he was sure that nothing will happend??? Will see next update.

I think he really doesn’t care about people that pay hard cash for the listings; he could have a private IP for $2 month.

Don’t know what kind of value besides traffic that sites like dolarlinking have to offer. I even would not call it a directory.

My experience is that only directories that send enough hits to your site, along with Yahoo and MSN, is JoeAnt.

Do not agree. Just did a quick check again for computer/internet pages (Security, Blogging, Links etc...) and almost all pages have PR4 or Pr3.
The problem can be only that they are stable on PR5 because one year a go they had same PR5 and page Security has same PR4.I though that they PR should increase but...

Love this list but so far I've only submitted to Alive and Aviva. I want to submit to the rest too but will require more $$$ to do so, I have a limited budget of $200 at the moment. What other directories will you recommend for submitting in that list first with the limited budget that I currently have?

Probably because of PR0 and moderate traffic according to Alexa (42,272)
