Paid directories. Cheap and good!
How much it will cost to add link in Yahoo directory, Business.com and BOTW? $200 + $300 + $200 = $700
What can they give you? You are lucky if you get pr5, in most cases they will place your site 15 clicks away from homepage with pr2-3 and no chance for click. Moreover, 20-50% you site will be rejected without refund!
For this money you can add your link:
AvivaDirectory - $35
AliveDirectory - $35
v7n Directory - $50
Clush - $20
LinksJuice - $20
JoeAnt - $40
DirSpace - $6
SevenSeek -$40
UncoverTheNet-$50
LinksGiving -$30
Site-Sift -50
DollarLinking -$1
IwebTool Dir -$10
Epitrope -$30
Haabaa -$45
Net-guild -$15
ToGo -$40
Thisisouryear -$20
Rlrouse -$50
Goguides -$70
Ableseek -$40
Kwikgoblin -$25
ManhattanService - $10
Total: $731
All this directories will give you nice pr3-6 one way backlink and some clicks.
So, you want to pay $700 for 3 directories or for more than 20?

What do you mean by "google give a high score for yahoo directory"? Do you mean PR?

Probably the option with several directories makes more sense.
If you are looking for PR and low populated categories I find smaller directories to be of more value.

Why not invest in your site and get listed in all the directories, including BOTW, Yahoo, and Business.com?
Yes, they are expensive, but they are expensive for a reason. Those 3 sites may give more authority than the other 20 directories combined that you listed.

My Directory isn't that costly, provides nice backlink for 15 bucks..
And i think we can get good backlinks from directories like these than those from business.com or so.
