Thats is correct, but google hasn't updated their data in ages.
i wouldn't worry about dmoz too much. focus on what's important, and that is promoting your directory abroad.

Don't forget, that submitting to a high pr free directory and benefiting from it are two different things.
If you're the 385th page of your category, it's pretty much a guarantee that page will have zero PR, and highly likely it could take a long, long time for the search engines to find it, if they ever do.

it is valuable due to high PR of submitted directories. I've never liked analysing useless directories with 0 PR
