and then I know which directories i have submitted too

Who knows... Need banned Dogpile, Altavista, DMOZ almost banned by regular users and now only webmasters need it.

I never trusted these submitters.

There are so many variables in each directory.

If you have 2 hours to setup and arrange the program...in that 2 hours you can submit your website to a couple of quality directories.


Or you can spend $50 and somebody will submit your website to 2-3 hundreds of directories.

Submission tools work for a little bit. You have to update them all the time.
