dollarlinking has no problems of backlinks, it already had a good pagerank, but was made PR0 by Google. I think the algorithm says something like: IF "we don't like" THEN pagerank= 0

Google just think that sites like dollarlinking is... just to sell pagerank. I am kind of agree.
