Last time I checked, PR5 does not fit into the category of "PR6+".

More important than PR is how many hits these websites get. Having high PR is always a plus but it shouldn't be the sole reason for advertising on a website.

I found over 30 pr5-6 directories with prise less than $10. I will post it soon.

I think these directories are cheap because their inner pages does not have PR. IMO, these are expired PR domains then developed to directories.

Sniperhiga some of these submissions are more than 4 dollars, but i did pay $36 for dollar linking thanks.
