How do you know if you have been listed by ODP?

Hi,

Does DOP send you a confirmation e-mail if your site manage to get listed? If you go through their site, what is the search syntax to use? I tried "site:www.......com" for sites that I know to be listed there but it says "not found" ? Anyone can help?

Another question, how does ODP look at sites with google ads in its pages? Is it a minus point?

You can use this tool -> ODP listing checker

As to ODP and adsense, I can't think of any reason why it should be a problem - unless you have too much of it.

To be precise, MFA (Made For Adsense) pages are unlikely to be listed in the DMOZ directory. You can have Google ads on your website, but you must remember that the most important thing is that it should contain unique content, so potential visitors may find that website handy.
