Help me populated my directory with links - not your own

I am in the process of starting a premium paid directory

But before i actually start selling links i am in the process of populating the directory index with authority links that have 0% chances of buying a link in my directory

Plan to manually add close to 3K to start with

Can someone suggest me a source where i can get bulk links and dont have to waste to much time to actually review them

If there was such a source it still would not be a good idea. Starting your directory out with 3k+ pages of duplicate content would definately do much more harm than good. Unique content is what will help your directory the most.
