I'm not quite sure what to say...

I tested it in FF 2.0, Opera 9, IE 6 and IE 7 and that never happened to me...

Are you sure you typed the full url to the default.aspx file? like this: http://localhost/WebDirectorySubmission/default.aspx

Have you tried to access the xml page (located in the html folder and named DirectoryListing.xml) ?

Wow! this was the first time that I have seen this....Been doing directory submissions since and the last i used in manually submitting is the Firefox plugin informenter options.
