Please, Can someone help me with the free php directory script

Hi everyone,

I wanted to use the free php directory script from freephpdirectoryscript dot com. I like the usability of it and the clean look of the code.
Two things I need some help with.
First I can't get the description of the links to be more than 200 characters. I want the a character limit of 500 characters in the description field.

And second the subcategories are now outlined in two columns. I was wondering how to make them in multiple columns.
Can someone please look at the code and get back to me. I would really appreciate the help. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried looking in the admin panel for the program to see what options you have to play around with. Most directories let you set the number of col's for the categories in the admin. You might be able to find something to set te description limit in the admin also. If not you might want to look for another program like WSNLINKS or Esyndicat, which I believe both have a free script.
