Hi ,
I ma working as SEO Trainee for the company [link removed].Its an transcription services provider company
having headquarters in US,California.Can anyone suggest me "TOP 50 KEYWORDS" .

Did you search this forum first? In this and all webmaster forums the question has been asked many times so the fastest way to learn is to search.

Also, check out seobook.com (not to mods I have no affiliation with the site but got their ebook years ago and follow the guy's blog).
