Looker1 is liked by many
How can you prevent this?

Heard that often folks will pay for a link then a few months down the road change that paid slot to another website, etc...

How can you prevent this from being common practice and what repercussions would be prudent if you caught someone doing this (i.e. taking away their privileges and not refunding money).

Thoughts?
