DMOZ penalized By Google?
I can't see any information results for DMOZ...is it penalized by google or it's just a Glitch? or it's just a showment that they can penalize their own directory,so why not others !!

there are so many digitalpoint threads on it. NO, it has to do with redirecting the homepage to the www.dmoz.org site.

DMOZ used to be available at the www and non-www versions of dmoz.org and dmoz.com and some other mirrors as well. They have implemented some 301 redirects which like any site that does a 301 redirect, there is a short period of indexing issues and recalculation of PR etc etc.
Got love all those conspiracíes at DP and what they read into this ...I guess the facts don't suit the tin foil hat wearers. |
