Yahoo Directory not passing PR?
I have read that the Yahoo directory does not pass on PR. Is that true?

Also, from an SEO perspective, do you think its worth it to list in the Yahoo directory?

Yes that is true. They link to a URL that redirects to the page.

Last I checked, the redirect was formatted in such a way that it passes PR.

The links do pass PR. I don't pay for sites to go into Yahoo! anymore. There are better links out there to be had for free

I never understood why Yahoo is using redirects..... but yes - I have notice that there links show up in the backlink check..... You would think that they wouldn't want to deter a potential link buyer buy using a redirect. But still ... I do feel that Yahoo! is worth being listed in....

#1 about 40% of my traffic comes from Yahoo!
1/2 from the directory listings....

#2 My best 2 websites, as far as preformance, are listed in Yahoo! directory.... 2 sites out of 10 - I don't think it's a coincidence...
