Hi Dave99
I will be your somebody with feedback.

I think it would be more beneficial to users if you could organize the sites in a category type structure and make it searchable.

Having the sites ranked in popularity can be cool too, but I think it provides a better user experience if people have categories to pick from.

Also one problem with only allowing sites to be ranked in order of vote is that people will not see some of the later additions as it will grow top heavy...meaning the best sites that are in there from the start will have a huge vote advantage over later additions which are also good.

I think the form box you use for categories should be used for search and you should have the categories and search as default available from the home page.

Your home page HTML starts by telling browsers it will abide by certain rules:

[code:1:3149accb34]<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN">[/code:1:3149accb34]

In fact, however, the HTML in your home page violates a variety of these rules (in particular, usually failing to quote attribute values). This makes it less likely the HTML will perform predictably with a wide variety of browsers and versions of browsers.

Some graphic images are repeated across multiple pages on your site. You could speed up your website a bit (and decrease the load per page view a bit) by having your server tell client browsers that they can safely cache those images for (for example) a day. Most client browsers already cache the images, but they have to repeatedly send a request to inquire whether their cached copy is still uptodate (even though they obtained it mere seconds ago). Since you're using Apache, you could Google on mod_expires to learn more about how to do this.

Your <title> tag seems a bit wasted to me. Unless "Entertainment" and "Galaxy" are the only two keywords you're hoping to get free search engine traffic from, I would expand this with some additional terms ("games", perchance?).
