How to modify listed site URL in DMOZ >??

Visit the category page.
Click on the update listing link towards top right.
Fill out the form.

To guard against listing hijacks, URL changes don't usually happen unless the old redirects to the new (either automatically or with a prominent notice on the home page).

Title and description changes should conform with our editor guidelines. It's best to avoid hype and KW stuffing.

and i also wanna knw tht, how much time Dmoz can take (normally) for approving site URL? 3 months ? 6 months ?? or depends upon tht which appreciate category being used for tht URL ???

It when an editor get round to checking, As your just updating your listing, It "should" be quicker than adding a new link

Be prepare for the wait, unless the particular dmoz category editor is still actively maintaining the list, otherwise the request will be sitting in the queue for a long time.

You are also assuming that the request change is actually comliant with the guidelines - most requested changes are not granted.

I suggest the noodp tag if you simply want to change the description that appears in the SERPS.
