Does Yahoo penalize site rank for sites that use there PPC?
I have a website that everytime I break into the top 20 on Yahoo, it gets sent back 50 places. The site uses Yahoo PPC. Does using their
ppc effecting the ranking?

I don't think it penalises ppc, i encourage my clients to use it as a way of boosting their sites.

I also actually see the reverse effect on some of my clients...Where the ppc boosts the ranking

No, this is not true.yahoo dont penalize for using ppc.
