Problem in adding my site to Dmoz

How do I add my add blog to Dmoz?
I went to dmoz.org. My Blog belongs to the category
Computer->Internet->On the web->Personal Homapages

But the moment I choose Computer category, the "Suggest URL" option disappears How can I add it to Dmoz then?

They have mentioned in

 http://www.dmoz.org/add.html

under step three that

Note: Some categories do not have "suggest URL" or "update URL" links. These categories don't accept submissions, so you should find a more specific category for your site.

So, i tried choosing other categorie like arts, science as well but again "Suggest URL" links disappears.

What am I doing wrong? Can anyone suggest, please?

categories you mention are closed - no suggestions are allowed.

Try to use the alphabar

When you get to http://www.dmoz.org/Society/People/Personal_Homepages/ you will see a line of letters across the top of the page (A-Z). Select the letter that corresponds to the first letter of the title of your web page. Once you select the letter - for example D for Dahlia - the suggest URL link will reappear.

The ability to suggest URLs is turned off in categories that require suggestions to be made to subcategories.
