Qassia is a directory with a difference. It's like a combination of an article submission site, a community site and a web directory.
The idea is to earn credits from "Intel". Intel can be earned by submitting articles (which you receive backlinks for), performing tasks such as screening other peoples article submissions, or bringing referrals.
At the moment the site is in Beta mode, so there are plenty of credits being given away.
The more credits you have, the more highly your site will rank on their directory.
