You simply have no idea how directories structured and why there is no PR or PR0.

There is 4 things you should look at:

- all pages indexed on search engines
- there are no bad links approved by owner.
- directory is still active and approve new submissions.
- directory age.

Don't look on:

- directory design
- directory PageRank
- slogans and promices.

The problem is that some morons who call themselves SEO Gurus don't know that.
