Does Yahoo think I am spamming?

I used to do very well with Yahoo. For some reason after this last update Yahoo has pushed me back for a very major keyword. I really don't get what's spammy about my site. I did some updates yesterday after reading posts about content being key.

I was wondering if I am missing something that someone might have insight on. The key words are: fertility Monitor. The website is http://thefertilityshop.com

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

none of your pages have the cache link next to them. this recently happened to a person I consulted who lost his rankings. right now he is paying for overture site match, but of course he still has not reported what happened back to me.

you did show up under this search, but so did a parenthood site using the same text. you might be being penalized for duplication.

any solutions for this that would get me back on there? And what does the lost cache mean? I do notice that for other search terms, I'm fine and there is a Cache for me on those.

you were available via cache for some pages...weird

well ask the site that has a copy of your page to take it down.
